A client meeting and site visit will establish the clients requirements and provide information for preparation of a design brief. 

A measured survey will be conducted for preparation of existing layout and identification of underlying defects. Either within the confines and limitations of what is existing or by extensions, new design drawings and works budget will be prepared in consultation with the client.
